The Kalıpsan has been established in Istanbul in 1996. Kalıpsan produces new technologies with its R&D in the mold sector and serves the automotive, white goods, telecommunication and packaging industries in the global market with its investments with its approximately 30 years of experience and professionalism.
With its energetic and experienced staff of 400 people who provide sales services to the domestic and foreign markets, it produces molds in a 3000 m² closed area in Istanbul/Avcılar and household goods products in a 52,000 m² closed area in Iraq and exports to 30 countries.
Our company, which has been serving the automotive main industry since 2000 in vulcanization injection molding, is the first company in the world to produce the cold runner system developed for rubber injection in cooperation with TUBITAK. In 2005, it provides better service by managing its production and processes with ERP software with ISO 9001 quality certificate, increasing both backward traceability and efficiency.
With its modern machinery, it serves the automotive and machinery industries for mass-produced machining parts.
